Founded in 2007 by Brian Robertson and Tom Thomison, HolacracyOne is the company spearheading the development of the Holacracy framework.

We’re a non-conventional company in many ways:

• We’re based in the USA, but all of our business partners work remotely.

• We don’t have any employees; we’re all legal partners in the company.
