It's hard to keep your head straight and wits about you as so much is changing and yet so much more needs to happen to create a new culture. This collection of my writing--key magazine articles, my first book, and research reports on girls' development--offers my best attempts to make sense of where we are and how we can take real steps forward.
My current interest is in creating, to paraphrase Habermas, forms of communication without domination, particularly across cultures: One World in Dialogue. Through bringing together people from a diversity of cultures on this planet, we hope to create global relationships to inspire global change.
